We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant who is passionate about providing exceptional HR support and guidance to our clients. As a HR Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve success by delivering tailored HR solutions that align with their objectives. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their distinct HR requirements and develop tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Facilitate clients\' onboarding process to our HR software and HR Shared Services, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, advising clients on compliance matters accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of HR services to clients.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and analyses to clients, highlighting areas for improvement in their HR operations and providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (fresh diploma/degree candidates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering robust relationships with clients.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with a focus on identifying and resolving HR challenges.
• Familiarity with HR management software.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
