Perform full Human Resource and Admin related duties
Application/issuance/renewal of permits/pass/core trade for foreign employees
Manage employee annual leaves, childcare leaves, home leaves, etc
Manage foreign workers dormitory
Perform monthly payroll for workers
Update and maintain HR system
Support recruitment and selection process
Handle employee grievances and discipline
Review and update HR or any other related policies as and when require
Remain updated on Singapore latest Employment act and Government Grants
Liaise with Government agencies with HR related survey, reports, related funding, application and claims
General administrative duties such as office facilities maintenance, company\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle road tax and insurance renewal, utilities contract, etc
Other duties as may be assigned on a need basis
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource, Management or equivalent.
Proven track record of at least 2 years working experiences in the same capacity.
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Pro-active and work well under pressure
Meticulous and organised
Able to multi-task and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Power Point
Good IT knowledge will be added advantage
