Human Resource

  • Payroll processing, CPF submission
  • Leave management, medical reimbursement
  • IR8A tax submission, IR21 clearance
  • Staff onboarding & offboarding
  • Recruitment process - job postings, schedule interviews
  • Work pass related matters (application, renewal, cancellation)
  • Work incident reporting
  • Company & employee insurance matters
  • Gov. related claims (ns claim, childcare claim, PSG etc)
  • Open salary & OT related invoices
  • Liaise with clients and site staff on HR related matters
Administrative
  • Restock pantry refreshments & office supplies
  • Manage administrative requirements for office maintenance & IT-related matters
  • bizSAFE and ISO audit
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Able to work independently & in a team
  • Proactive personality
  • Preferably possess ISO Internal Auditor cert & bizSAFE level 2 cert
  • HR Admin experience (salary will commensurate with experience)
