Ensure timely, compliant and accurate payroll processing. Administer all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM. Maintain knowledge, interpretation and compliance of local Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines, Statutory, regulatory rulings and related laws. Prepares HR reports including those required by Government bodies. Office administrative works which include liaise with external vendors on office supplies, maintenance, repairs, etc. Willing to travel on a frequent basis . health and will built to carry heavy things. Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Worked with HR for at least 10 years. Prefer candidates with Strong Communication Skills in Chinese & English (verbal & written). Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and its related statutory requirements and legislations. Good interpersonal skills with ability to work with staff of all levels.
