RESPONSIBILITIES
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including but not limited to tax withholding, yearly income tax returns (including IR21), salary reviews, bonuses payment, CPF submission, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle)
\xc2\xb7 Ensure prompted system updates in accordance with statutory legislation changes (e.g. CPF changes, statutory contribution, IRAS)
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports
\xc2\xb7 Participate in salary and benefits bench marking exercises, payroll-related initiatives, compensation & benefits surveys (including Government/MOM).
\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and accurate government claims submission (e.g. NS pay, childcare, maternity, etc), staff medical claims (e.g. specialist, health screening, WICA, etc)
\xc2\xb7 Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice reports and correspondences) pertaining to Compensation & Benefits related activities.
\xc2\xb7 Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries
\xc2\xb7 Point of contact with external auditors on compensation and benefits matters
\xc2\xb7 Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
