Handling full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, candidate selection, salary proposal, on new staff boarding process/orientation and exit interview.
Preparing of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, Employment contracts aligned with regulations, Company policies and procedures etc.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation and efficient filing system of employee database, personnel files.
Responsible for Work pass application, renewable and cancellation.\xef\xbb\xbf
Manage general office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, and office equipment
Assist in organizing meetings and appointments for Director
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR and Admin Experience
Able to work independently
Knowledge of HR policies.
