This client is an MNC in the manufacturing/automotive industry with more than 80 years of history.

• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation
• Support in new hire onboarding
• Documentation and administration of training activities including applications of trainings/administration of training grants, training records, and course evaluation
• Supporting HRBP in the recruitment process such as the arrangement of interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies etc.
• Support in day-to-day HR administrative duties
• Be part of HR welfare and employee engagement activities and lead/ support when required
• Any other responsibilities that might be assigned as required

Experience Requirements :

• Min 2 years of HR experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations
• Well-adversed on Singapore HR policies and MOM regulations
• Background in HR services will be an advantage.
• Career progression is available for this role.

Education Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
