Working Hours: Mon - Fri 830am - 530pm (hybrid)
Location: Buona Vista This client is an MNC in the manufacturing/automotive industry with more than 80 years of history.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, issuance, and cancellation
- Support in new hire onboarding
- Documentation and administration of training activities including applications of trainings/administration of training grants, training records, and course evaluation
- Supporting HRBP in the recruitment process such as the arrangement of interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies etc.
- Support in day-to-day HR administrative duties
- Be part of HR welfare and employee engagement activities and lead/ support when required
- Any other responsibilities that might be assigned as required
- Min 2 years of HR experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations
- Well-adversed on Singapore HR policies and MOM regulations
- Background in HR services will be an advantage.
- Career progression is available for this role.
Education Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
