Maintain employees master data and provide pay related info for payroll processing
Assist on the payroll transition to outsourced payroll vendor.
Support the local compensation & benefit programs such as administration of benefit programs
including eligibility, enrolment, and effective communication.
RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING
Support in local recruit search.
Responsible for execution of an induction/orientation programme for new hires.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS / HR OPERATIONS
Support and provide HR guidance on interpretation of HR policies and practices in Singapore.
Maintain HR database to provide useful reports, analysis to support management reporting and policy
development.
Provide employee relations support to employees at assigned site including clarification of benefits, employee discipline & etc.
Support the change as required, such as creating understanding among employees about the need to change and assisting in the modification of systems and structures to support needed.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Support the training activities as assigned by the HR Manager.
REWARDS & RECOGNITION
Administer local employee benefit programs e.g. insurance, work permits, medical claims, etc.
Support in preparations of employment letter & etc.
Responsible for all survey participations and reviews.
HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information into PeopleSoft and relevant systems.
Maintains personnel files.
Ensure updates & tracking of annual leave management system.
Key stewardship for providing monthly manpower related statistics for the employees for management reporting.
Requirements
Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years of HR related experience.
Independent and proactive with ability to multi-task and detail orientated.
Good interpersonal skill to engage effectively with different stakeholders within the organization
