Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process within the company
Act as a HR advisor to respective hiring manager on their hiring/manpower needs
Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
Responsible for employee work pass application, renewable and cancellation
Prepare, draft and review job offer letter, confirmation letter, increment letter and any other HR letters
Coordinate and arrange employee training/ skills upgrading programme for each business units
In-charge of monthly payroll processing including CPF & statutory claims submission
Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
Oversee day-to-day office administration duties
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 4 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably with supervisor experience
