Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operational function including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions
  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process within the company
  • Act as a HR advisor to respective hiring manager on their hiring/manpower needs
  • Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Responsible for employee work pass application, renewable and cancellation
  • Prepare, draft and review job offer letter, confirmation letter, increment letter and any other HR letters
  • Coordinate and arrange employee training/ skills upgrading programme for each business units
  • In-charge of monthly payroll processing including CPF & statutory claims submission
  • Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration duties
  • Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably with supervisor experience
