Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
Finalize job description together with hiring and TA manager
Work with C&B manager to create salary proposals
Work with talent acquisition team to, a) ensure roles are appropriately filled based on business needs and urgency b) new hires have a delightful onboarding
Collaborate with C&B manager to support C&B initiatives such as grading, compensation reviews, off-cycle increments, bonus, rewards and recognition initiatives
Roll-out People & Organization governance and policies (internal & statutory) at Regional Head Office and responsible for ownership of employee handbook, AskP&O platform etc.
Manage People & Organization employment areas such as, hiring and termination processes, mobility services, labor issues, confirmation process, contract edits, renewals and dismissals, expatriate management, control/processing of retirement, etc. and deliver people services within the recommended service delivery time
Employee data management on all P&O platforms - ensuring data is accurate, complete and up-to date
Comply and submit statutory requirements such as, NS submissions, maternity and childcare leave claims, CPF contributions, consolidation of staff incentives, training grants and annual tax filing.
Own and manage mobility services such as liaising with global mobility, managing employee mobility and ensure smooth transition to and from regional head office
Facilitate application and renewal of Singapore work passes and related dependent passes
