Responsibilities:

  • Planning, designing and implement well being programmes aligned to organizational objectives
  • Employee Relations include facilitating employee engagement sessions together with the line management, exit interviews, face to face communication with new employees upon confirmation.
  • Conducting annual headcount budgeting together with the line management.
  • HR Business partnering with the line and other projects in relation to the job role according to business and site needs

  • Proactive, meticulous and organized, with positive can-do attitude
  • A team player and also able to work well independently with stakeholders
