My client is looking for:
- HR Managers
- Report to the VP of HR Department
- Develop and maintain strong relations with business unit to effectively perform the HR functions
- Assist the VP HR in overall manpower planning and audit of operations of the business unit
- Establish clear performance standards with accountability and responsibility for the team
- Review and implement existing HR policies to ensure compliance to current legislations
- Develop and review processing workflows and procedures to achieve organizational/ business objectives
- Prepare and provide monthly updates on business unit\'s manpower resource/ manning and data reports
Requirements:
