• Support Senior HR Manager to establish HR operation COE platform to support Asia countries, mainly SEA and India
• Setting up the success of HR Ops Team - Oversight and manage all work streams that fall under HR operations and services, including but not limited to: Budgeting, Payroll & leaves management, income tax reporting, mobility, employee life cycle management, such as onboarding, off-boarding, etc.
• Streamline HR policies & procedures, ensure all processes are documented and regularly review of processes to drive continuous improvements to raise standard in delivery of HR service.
• Apply digital and innovative approach to improve HR support productivity and effectiveness.
• Support Senior HR Manager to manage Headcount and annual payroll budgeting process
• Drive insight from HR data and provide monthly HR dashboard/HC reporting, etc.
• Support cluster HR communications and events, including bi-monthly reward and recognition newsletters, HR townhall/coffee chat, annual kick off event, etc.
