- Manage the end-to-end training administration and coordination of logistics arrangement for training
- Working with government organisations for training grants
- Super-user for all internal Learning & Development systems to maintain a database for Learning & Development
- Distribution of training certificates
- Manage, preview and processing of invoices from vendors, and ensuring invoices are paid out within the agreed payment terms
- Assist with the management of work passes
- Assist in managing the logistics of all employee engagement activities
- Assist with administrative tasks in the department
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Business Management
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and decision making skills
- Good team player
