ResponsibilitiesReview end-to-end payroll processing for all employees and approve, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Responsible / \xe2\x80\x98go to person\xe2\x80\x99 for payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.Stay updated on relevant employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects and
undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects.Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects
Undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects as and when assigned.RequirementDiploma/Degree in Human resources or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.Strong knowledge of employment law and TAFEP guidelines.Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Conscientious in handling confidential information.
