Drive and manage end-to-end projects on HR business process
Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies
Review the current state and identify future states as part of HR digitalisation and transformation
Conduct process need analysis to identify improvements and streamline HR processes
Participate in compensation and benefits analysis to provide data or insights for decisions making
Respond to HR data requests by gathering, analysing and reporting relevant data
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR or relevant certification
Possess strong project and program management capabilities
Knowledge in payroll processing and HR analytics is preferred
Highly competent in MS Excel and data modeling
Possesses strong teamwork, problem-solving, and execution skills
