Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage end-to-end projects on HR business process
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies
- Review the current state and identify future states as part of HR digitalisation and transformation
- Conduct process need analysis to identify improvements and streamline HR processes
- Participate in compensation and benefits analysis to provide data or insights for decisions making
- Respond to HR data requests by gathering, analysing and reporting relevant data
- Bachelors degree in HR or relevant certification
- Possess strong project and program management capabilities
- Knowledge in payroll processing and HR analytics is preferred
- Highly competent in MS Excel and data modeling
- Possesses strong teamwork, problem-solving, and execution skills
