Responsibilities . Design and update job descriptions . Source potential candidates from various channels - must have existing and active connections with Thailand, Vietnam and Korea candidates . Design ways to attract passive candidates . Perform Screening . Interview candidates (in-person - in Thailand, Vietnam and Korea) . Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers . Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs . Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Requirements and skills . Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for Thailand,Vietnam and Korea markets . must have existing and active connections with Thailand, Vietnam and Korea candidates . Experience with sourcing techniques . Travelling to Thailand, Vietnam and Korean is required . Solid verbal and written communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese and Korean . Sound judgement
