Our client, a well known Insurance company, is currently hiring a contractor to join their Finance team for 6 months. The ideal candidate should has strong knowledge in labor legislation.
- Work passes related matters - application, renewal and cancellation
- Letter of guaranteed issuance for eligible employees and/or their dependents
- Staff Appreciation - SPOT award administration
- Support for onboarding and offboarding activities
- Data entry in HRIS (Workday)
- Support in system User Acceptance Test and process improvement initiatives
- Relevant HR experience, with knowledge of local labor legislation
- HR Operational Knowledge - Benefit and work pass matters (EP, SP, Entry Approval)
- Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience in Workday would be an added advantage
