Key Responsibilities

• Handle all employment and work pass , visa applications and extensions processes for our clients.
• Provide guidance and ensure clients’ HR policies and practices are fully complied with local labor ordinance and other related rules and regulation.
• Conduct HR related analysis.
• Act as the person in-charge for work pass application and status update
• Assist to prepare billings for clients.
• Assisting with other ad-hoc HR projects

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field
• Hands-on experience in work pass application, and client management experience
• Experience in using HRIS, Workday or equivalent, or another HR outsourcing provider is a plus
• Business fluency in English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess good Business acumen, be Adaptable, Self-Motivated, Collaborative and Responsible.
