Job Description

The HR specialist is the individual contributor doing end-to-end, intermediate level HR functions covering the areas of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Engagement for the STI Organization. Displays technical expertise, business partnering skills, and maturity in the role.
Talent Acquisition
Handles the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from staff to managerial level
Ensures an effective and complete onboarding process to enhance the new employee experience
Keeps track of recruiting metrics, analyzes data, and provides recommendations to better allocate time and budget
Develops, executes, and evaluates recruiting plans to determine their effectiveness
Talent Management
Manages the implementation of the STI ONE Program to enhance new employee experience, reduce the learning curve and fallouts, and enable new hires to deliver tangible results faster
Conducts touch base with immediate supervisors and new hires for 3rd Month Performance Checkpoint
Facilitates the performance and panel evaluation of new hires, ensuring compliance with the standards of the STI's performance management system
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or any related field.
Experience and Competency Requirements:
Solid experience and significant exposure in Human Resources Management, specifically on Talent Acquisition, Development and Engagement
Preferably with exposure in Educational Setting
