Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Perform orientation and update records of new employees.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records.
  • Keep a track record of employee leaves.
  • Process payroll and resolve all payroll issues.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with probationary review, performance review, promotion and salary evaluations.
  • Update company policies.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with employees on HR-related issues and with benefit vendors.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources with at least 3 years experience as an HR assistant.
  • Familiar with labor law and MOM regulation.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Decision making and problem solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
