Date Posted: 2022-07-05-07:00 Country: Singapore Location: 28 Teban Gardens Crescent, Singapore We have a fantastic job opportunity for HR Specialist position with a Global Corporation American home appliances corporation that will be based in West side of Singapore. Job Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding on queries from employees via calls / emails that HR related e.g: leave, salary, hr benefits related, etc.
  • Understands OTP, bonus, SIP letter, recurring payment, additional payment matters
  • Manage all processes and documentation related to Employee Life Cycle (Offer Creation, Pre onboarding, Onboarding, Probation management, P-file management, Job changes, letter generations, Termination) and HR operations ( BGV, Visa processing support, Leave management, and support etc.) for assigned region/ countries
  • Perform root cause analysis on critical issues and escalate to the lead whenever required
  • Create, manage, and resolve tickets, queries and transactions related to HR module via case management system
  • Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPI’s, SLAs and employee service standards.
  • Update/Review SOP’s, process flows and participate in internal and external audits as needed.
  • Leverage HR knowledge base to provide consistent customer service.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to advance employee experience and augment efficiency.
  • Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information. Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Work with IT in case of technical issues with the Telephony system and responsible for managing the monthly work roster and running reports on call data.
  • Ability to improve processes to improve stakeholder and employee experiences and take accountability for the deliverables.
Job Requirements:
  • Min Degree holder with min 3 years relevant working experience HR related matters.
  • Strong customer service orientation and good experience in communicating with various channels & cross department.
  • Familiar and understand of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent experience with HR case management systems payroll duties.
Other information:
  • Working Location: Teban Gardens & Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim
  • Working hours: 8.30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Able to multi-task incoming queries tickets within SLA and accountant to handle within time-schedule.
