We are seeking committed and motivated individuals to fill the following position:
Human Resource Specialist
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be tasked to perform a combination of tasks in Recruitment, staff benefits and Mobility area and planning/execution of company's events.
:
- Handles Internship and Contract Management
- Support Receiving/Repatriation process for transferees from Toyota Head office and Affiliates
- Prepare and coordinate New Employee On-boardment process and orientation
- Maintain / update Employees' records in HR system
- Administration of staff welfare and benefits
- Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
- Support in income tax payment for transferees from Toyota Head office and Affiliates
- Provide administration support to department
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 Year working experience in HR
Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point
Good coordination skill and with strong ownership
A self-starter as well as a good team player who can work independently
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Willing to perform overtime when required -
