This role is suitable for one who has the passion in making a career in HR \xe2\x80\x93 Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, Talent management, Succession planning. The primary roles in this position is to support the Hiring of Indirects, develop pipelines with Universities & Polytechnics and manage 3rd party agencies. The incumbent is expected to ensure proper administrations in place for all on-boarding & off-boarding for audit purpose. The incumbent will also need to prepare Reports, presentations, and engagement projects as required. This position requires strong communication with multiple levels within the organization hence, both written and verbal communication skills is crucial. Further responsibilities in reporting, presentations, engagement projects will also be provided once the incumbent is well trained on the basics.
