The Company

Our client, a European MNC in the agriculture industry, is looking for a HR & Payroll Specialist to join the team.

The Role

You will be involved in payroll processing, payroll related activities, preparing allocation reports, bonus accruals, CPF reporting, annual income tax submission, advise accounts/finance on payroll charging and reconciliation during month end closing, tax clearance for foreigners, prepare payroll and compensation and liaise with auditors for payroll audit. You will also be involved in HR operations which include employee pass management, liaising with global mobility team on expats relocation, medical administration, benefits administration, tracking employee benefits, maintaining employee records in Workday and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Your Profile

You should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management with 5 years of relevant payroll experience. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be an independent team player, proactive, driven and resourceful.
