MISSION:

To support HR functions to HRBP and employees to meet the business objectives of the organization.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with recruitment, sourcing, pre-interview assessments, arranging interview, follow-up.
  • Execute employee life-cycle HR processes, ie. pre/onboarding, transfers, compensation & benefits administration, absence, and separations and HR system, etc.
  • Assist with Learning and Development and arrange for relevant training courses.
  • Participate and support ongoing Company Events and HR Program.
  • Handle employee and manager inquiries, resolve them accurately, and escalate as needed.
  • Responsible for government bodies/statutory claims submissions, work passes application/renewal and survey reporting.
  • Create and update HR processes, including handbook, intranet etc.
  • Streamline HR processes based on feedback.
  • Maintain and update all contract template, letter template, JD for the region.
Requirements

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in full spectrum HR roles
  • Experience in recruiting for Fragrance industry is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act/ SEA Countries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the Company
  • English language. Working knowledge of second language will be advantageous
