Guide and support managers and employees on HR matters relating to performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations Provide thoughtful and effective advice on people management and organisational issues, including change management, team building and overall effectiveness. Work closely with the businesses to ensure solid talent retention programs are in place, via staff career development and incentive programs - integrating the activities with L&D to support development of career paths within the businesses Work with the line managers and employees to help maintain healthy employee engagement and where necessary jointly manage and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary matters. Ensure full compliance of all HR policies, and legal requirements within Singapore / Malaysia market regulations Identify opportunities to streamline processes, align and transition HR works to HR specialist function where possible. Administration of payroll and tax related matters with outsourced payroll vendor Handle relevant reports such as labour surveys, employee data and headcount reports Handling Work Pass and related Passes process Upholding good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR systems, and regulatory and policy standards for both Singapore and Malaysia offices Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR or any related discipline At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in PR agency setting preferably Experience across the functions of Human Resource management including employee engagement, staff development, compensation & benefits and labor relations etc Good team player, self-starter and networker
