Main functions and responsibilities: Talen Acquisition 1. Lead the selection processes for the Singapore area. 2. Train leaders on best practices for interviewing. 3. Implement the new recruitment tool (SAP Recruiting).
Onboarding 1. Together with the other HR teams in the cluster, define and implement a cross-functional onboarding program. 2. Ensure the correct implementation of Onboarding in Singapore. 3. Be the HR contact for new recruits.
Learning & Development 1. Define the training plan according to profiles. 2. Coaching and working with business leaders to develop and grow their leadership abilities. 3. Review the training courses available in our Learning Campus and define which ones should be included in the Onboarding. 4. Work proactively and reactively to satisfy the training needs detected by managers and requested by employees.
Facility Management 1. Lead the person in charge of ensuring the smooth running of Company Singapore\'s two sites (offices + production and warehouse). 2. This role will be coaching and working with business leaders to develop and grow leadership abilities. It is a true consulting role and not just a training administrator position.
What we expect from you: 1. Proven work experience as an HR business partner (at least 5 years). 2. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. 3. BS degree in Human Resources or related field. 4. Employee oriented. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Coach / Trainer mindset.
