Roles & Responsibilities Role Summary We are looking for a capable HRIS Analyst to join our regional HRIS team in enhancing the performance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related technologies. In this role, your duties will include monitoring and optimizing the performance of our HR systems, designing, and improving HRIS processes as and when required.
The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide system support and guidance to process owner and business stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and translate them to system requirements
• Drive data consistency and integrity in systems by running queries, taking initiative to liaise with users for data improvement and correction
• Support project leader to drive implementation of new system features

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience as HRIS or HCM Consultant
• At least 3 years’ experience in supporting or implementing Oracle HCM Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is mandatory
• Knowledge in Oracle HCM system setup and database structure will be advantageous
• Meticulous and organized, with ability to juggle multiple tasks to get things done in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and able to maintain good relationship with stakeholders and vendors
