Job Description

Job Details:

  • Work with HR/Payroll Team and HRIS vendor on data migration to new HRIS
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests and generate test cases and review test results.
  • Work on System Interface, troubleshooting of data error and ensure data accuracy.
  • Review of workflow to cut minimum process from HRIS.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc HR projects when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Min 2-3 years experience in HR/Payroll Administration
  • Knowledge of Time software Payroll/HRIS. Proficient in MS Excel
  • Prior Experience in HRIS implementation will be an advantage
  • Diploma, major in HR or information system or related disciplines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
