Consolidate and maintain salary surveys for all levels of staff to meet submission datelines. Provide HR administrative support for senior management staff including coordination and documentation. Administer and manage Annual Performance Management Cycle. Administer and conduct salary review plus benchmarking. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum a degree in related field Preferably 5 years working in HR role with at least 3 years' experience in compensation Possess good analytical skills
