Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Implementing HR policies and objectives
  • Provide recruitment strategies, manpower of employee
  • Determining and recommending employee relations practices
  • Identifying legal matter for and ensure compliance with government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
  • Establishing wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs in line with the corporate policies
  • Handling compensation and benefits, strategies and processes
  • Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation, training and development
  • Provide new HR initiatives and assessing existing initiatives
  • Liaise with government bodies for HR function
  • Planning and negotiate with Union on Collective Agreement matters


Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant human resource development experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
