Provide recruitment strategies, manpower of employee
Determining and recommending employee relations practices
Identifying legal matter for and ensure compliance with government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
Establishing wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs in line with the corporate policies
Handling compensation and benefits, strategies and processes
Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation, training and development
Provide new HR initiatives and assessing existing initiatives
Liaise with government bodies for HR function
Planning and negotiate with Union on Collective Agreement matters
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant human resource development experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
