Responsible for preparing monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A, IR21 submission, etc.
Provide support in employee life cycle process such as recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding activities
Process HR benefits claims, leave application, and maintain personnel file record
Responsible for work passes application (WP, Spass), renewal, and cancellation for foreigner employees.
Assist in staff insurance claim and renewals i.e. WICA or medical injuries
Any ad-hoc admin duties assigned and assist finance team.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holders with relevant certificates and experience
Preferably with Shipyard/Marine/Oil & Gas experience & knowledge
Committed and responsible Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, yet able to work independently
Pro-active and able to multi-task
Able to work under pressure
Meticulous and resourceful
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
