You will plan, promote and implement programmes that enhance employee well-being, in support of SGH’s framework for staff, including physical, social and occupational health. You will network and engage directly with staff and departments to understand needs and support management in the implementation of corporate and well-being programmes within the organization. You are expected to possess skills to promote, market and implement activities via traditional and virtual platforms, collaborate with departments, manage timelines independently including providing secretariat support to internal committees and obtain optimal programme outcomes within service delivery standards.
