$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives and values.
• Design and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards across different countries.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, conduct interviews, and make effective hiring decisions.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and providing support during separations.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, fostering teamwork, and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
• Advise and support managers and employees on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate internship programs, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of interns. Provide support and guidance to interns throughout their internship period.
• Design and conduct orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive information about the company, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
