Monitor, prepare and analyse C&B reports such as MC trends and benefit utilisation and recommend HR managers\' follow-up action as required.
Participate in salary survey and review survey data and recommend HR managers\' follow up action as required.
Assist HR manager to review and recommend changes to C&B policies and programmes to ensure relevancy and market competitiveness.
Plan, organise and work with HR managers/staff on the administration of the annual Total Performance Management (TPM) exercise, including analysis of bell curve by family groups, job bands and departments.
Assist HR manager in the collation of the hospital wide TPM results and preparations for Senior Management review and moderation.
Plan, organise and work with HR mangers/staff to ensure timely processing of annual increment and bonus payments.
Advise departments and staff on interpretations of C&B policies and practices and update staff on any changes.
Conduct audit on leave and benefit administration to ensure that procedures are implemented in accordance with the Cluster HR and Hospital\'s policies and procedures.
Assist with collation of C&B related information or preparation of reports required by HR managers or Group HR.
Support HR Director in building a sustainable workforce through strategic manpower planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting process.
Carry out organization studies, work measurements and modelling to determine workloads and advise on optimal staffing requirements.
Establish, develop and review manpower planning policies and procedures on a regular basis.
Work closely with HR business partners and stakeholders to establish and prepare overall manpower projections taking into consideration strategic directions, growth plans and productivity targets.
Manage manpower planning process, implement the manpower plan and ensure that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved manpower budgets.
Prepare manpower reports/dashboard for senior management oversight and reporting.
Identify desired business insights; define, prioritize and align on analytics to be generated and analytical activities required.
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
5-7 years of compensation and benefit experience will be advantageous
Proficient in HR Information System and Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel
Practical knowledge of data analytics will be a plus
Excellent communication skills is a must
