The Company Our client is a prominent player in manufacturing space, headquartered in Europe.

The Role Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for all human resources functions for the office and manufacturing population. This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong organizational, and communication skills to speak to overseas offices including HQ in Europe Responsibilities:

• Provides general expertise to management on all areas of HR and labor relations.
• Develops, implements and coordinates policies, programs and strategies covering several of the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, organizational development, succession planning, safety and health, benefits and employee services.
• Creates talent management programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees and support bench planning.
• Assist management in identifying opportunities to improve labor costs and manufacturing efficiency through staffing, recruitment and retention efforts.
• Leading a small HR team, and to ensure smooth HR operations.

• To qualify, you should be a degree holder with at least 12 years of HR generalist experience gained from large sized manufacturing company.
• He or She is expected to act as a HR business partner to provide advice to the CEO in the manpower planning area.
• High level of initiatives and proactiveness are expected with the ability to think outside of the box.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with full fluency in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise with Chinese stakeholders effectively.
