Our client is one of the leading players in the Biomedical sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Manager to be part of their Human Resource team. They are located in the West \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Manager:
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties
- Managing employee\'s compesation and benefits
- Design and assess job descriptions, job evaluations and classifications
- Develop and use programs to improve employee performance, engagement, retention and satisfaction to ensure these programs are scalable to our region.
- Responsible for administrative operation of the company
- Support strategic HR projects and plans.
- Min Diploma in relavant studies
- Possess strong recruitment and talent management background
- 5 years relevant working experience.
