Human resource planning - Work with team leads to identify, prepare and execute their service requirements. Analyze and prepare job description, required skills, work experience, qualifications, salary and incentives.
Recruitment - Post jobs on workfare portals, screen potential candidates for interviews, obtain approval for identified candidate, prepare offer letter and to obtain other documents. Prepare onboarding and arrange/facilitate staff orientation.
Training/Development/Monitor Performance - Work with team leads to identify training and career development needs. Also, monitor staff performance records to identify the scopes of improvement and to arrange training workshops to upskill identified employees.
HR Policy/Processes/Compliance - Review current HR policies to ensure their relevance. Work with CEO to enhance/recommend polices to reduce conflicts, legal issues and to improve employee productivity. Align processes and fulfilment of audit requirements and policy compliance.
Conflict Resolution - Resolve conflict between employees efficiently without being biased or judgemental.
Staff Benefits/Rewards/Compensation - Review annual health insurance plans to ensure it is cost-effective to the organization and the employees. Work closely with the CEO on rewards and compensation.
HR Portal/Corp Pass Access - Manage and administer the HR portal and to grant/terminate Corppass access.
Team Management - Enhance noticeable job efficiency, effective teamwork and team members performance and job satisfaction.
