The Job:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, hiring and interviewing staff, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management.
• Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and stakeholders in designated business units as well as in compliance with Group HR of parent company
• Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit\'s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition
• Oversee workplace safety function of the company.
• Coach/Mentor small team of HR employees
  

The Candidate:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in full spectrum of HR functions or as a HR Generalist
• Prefer with working experience in heavy equipment industry
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing small team or coaching junior staff
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Acts and TGFEP
• Well aware of government employment or support schemes
• Good in English speaking and writing
• Excellent People and Communication skills
• Singaporeans only
  

Other Information:

• Working Location: Jurong West/Pioneer, Singapore (walking distance to MRT station)
• Working Schedule: 5-Days Working Week, normal working hours
• Permanent and full-time employment
