Job Description

:

• Responsible and provide strategic quality services for the group human resources.
• Provide direction and control of all the human resources functions, operations and activities.
• Engage and partner with the management to support and develop the alignment of business strategy and success to people strategy
• Diagnose, define, and deliver organizational insights as well as for change initiatives
• Provide functional leadership for the HR Team supporting the group level
• Translate annual and long-term business plans into talent, succession and organizational plans for the region
• Implement talent management solutions that support business priorities
• Consult with business leads to identify skill gaps in order to develop internal talent
• Manage a team which includes payroll, human resource and learning & development

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration or other related disciplines with concentration in human resources management and development.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in managerial capacity with proven track record in compensation and benefit, talent management, training and development, and HR service excellence in construction or engineering industry
• Strategic thinking with initiative, goal oriented and the ability to work independently under pressure and communicate well at all levels and possess a mindset of a HR Business Partner to all stakeholders
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills with strategic construction business acumen
• One who is firm yet diplomatic with strong local and with regional labour legislation knowledge. Good networking with various land transport and infrastructure construction companies and key industry professionals.
• Preferably with experience in Timesoft payroll system
