Supports the day-to-day functions of the HR Department in delivering HR operational excellence, accuracy and compliance across the organization. . Ensuring full compliance with policies, and HR practices are equitable and consistently applied across the organization. . The incumbent will assist to implement required change processes and large-scale interventions to support the organization's goals. . Handle general office administration, employee-related matters (ensuring employee well being/ development) . Supporting the line managers in hirings .
