1.Point of contact for HR advice and support to APAC business units and employees on HR related queries and issue 2.Perform HR functions for recruitment, onboarding procedure, conduct new hire orientation, probation review, appraisal review, payroll, leave and benefits. 3.Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and plan for job posting in various recruitment channels 4.Manage work pass quota, application, renewal and cancellation 5.Work closely with department heads to arrange probation review and bi-yearly performance appraisal 6.Manage employee welfare on benefit claims, insurance renewal, and arrange company events. 7.Manage HR personnel files and HR systems including updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, termination and leave 8. Develop, revise and improve policies in employee handbook 9. Manage employment relations issues such as employee feedback, work complaint and harassment allegations if any. 10. Manage workplace safety and health to reduce risk at the source 11. To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification 2.At least 2 years working experience in HR field is required. Working experiences in MNC will be an added advantage 3.Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax and legislation 4.Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all level of stakeholders 5.Able to multi-task and work under pressure in fast pace environment 6.Must be independent, resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated with a positive attitude 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office 8.Good analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
