Position summary statement:
The incumbent will assist in the overall effective co-ordination of all human resources activities of the Hotel in order to attract and develop highly productive and trained personnel in the Hotel.
Primary Responsibilities:
a) Coordinates staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
b) To liaise with advertising agency on recruitment advertisement. Conducts interview of job applicants, reference checks, and conduct exit interviews
c) To administer Workmen’s Compensation matters and claims as accordance to Workmen Injury Compensation Act.
d) To coordinate employees’ related recreation activities
e) To update training records of all employees.
f) To prepare monthly HR and manpower report for the hotel and group HR report for the corporate office.
g) To assist with full-time rank and file employees’ payroll, Part-time employees’ claim summary and all CPF contributions.
h) To discharge HR role within approved manpower budget, always complying with the service quality set and to meet the expectations of the internal customers.
i) To undertake any other task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.
