Provide administrative support in the implementation of the company's training plans and program.
Assist to identify training needs & translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees in their career.
Assist in establishing training plan & training grant administration.
Support on end-to-end training program arrangement & logistics arrangement (i.e. Site survey, Training venues booking, Training Program Communication, Participants Management, On-site support, Training Evaluation & Training records maintenance)
Prepare training materials including classroom handouts & manual based on the training programs’ needs.
Define, collect, and analyze process metrics. Use insights gathered to improve trainees’ experience.
B) HR & Recruitment Administration
Provide administrative support to recruitment activities & HR administrative tasks including but not limited to job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding preparation, & contract renewal.
Assist in managing the recruitment online portals, recruitment agencies, planning and executing recruitment campaigns / career fairs and developing effective candidates’ pipeline.
Maintain good relationships with business units hiring managers and internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current/ future hiring and HR matters.
C) Other Responsibilities
Provide administrative support on Human Resources (HR) projects and initiatives.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Ensure compliance of Singapore employment laws and regulations.

E) Education and Experience:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience required
Relevant working experience in the Human Resources field (Training, Recruitment)
