Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting HR generalist functions in the Technology, Information and IT Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person.
  • Proficient with the Singapore labour law and practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel.
  • Agile individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Experience in deploying HR practices and procedures.
About the Job: This HR Generalist position is responsible to provide HR advisory and support to enable the activities within the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist is entrusted to support the HR Manager and lead on the day to day running of the organization and the deployment of strategic HR programs. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of monthly payroll processing: CPF, Income Tax, IR8A and IR21.
  • Manage the statutory submissions: Maternity, Paternity, Childcare Leave National Service, myMOMportal.
  • Own the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees, review and enhance.
  • Ensure that information within HRIS is up-to-date, accurate and audit ready.
  • Assist in Employment/ Work Pass application
  • Document and create necessary tools and templates, prepare HR documentations and certifications.
  • HR Projects in areas of progressive people policies, employee engagement and organization culture.
