Job Description

Provide Human Resources (HR) Business Partnership to the Singapore Affiliate. He/ She will be the strategic adviser to the business and will work closely with key stakeholders in the aspect of Human Resources Management, such as to develop and implement policies, guidelines and programs relating to manpower management, salary and benefits, training and development, employee communication and other human resources administration etc.
In addition, Singapore Affiliate being the custodian, incumbent will take the lead for all Singapore Office-wide initiatives alongside with the Managing Director and Human Resources Director.

• Responsible for the human resources management to assigned business units which include, but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, talent management, retention and engagement
• Develop and implement effective people management practices and provide thought leadership in people and organization development
• Act as the performance improvement catalyst and provokes positive change in people management
• Partner with GM Office to champion all Singapore Office-wide initiatives
• Develop metrics for evaluation and tracking of effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement of all initiatives and events
• Manage the budget and operational plans for all related initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• Diploma with 8 years of solid experience may be considered
• Competencies in all aspects of Human Resources Management, particularly in the area of talent management, employee engagement, total rewards and change organization
• Track record in driving personal excellence to achieve business success
• Good understanding of luxury retail business and its operating environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high degree of emotional quotient
