Payroll processing for full-time staff including monthly reporting, CPF & IR8A submission, training grants & claims applications, HRIS management and benefits administration . Conduct on-boarding process including induction programs for new joiners . Provide appropriate communication, consultation and advice on HR policies and practices . Prepare employment related correspondence and general documentations . Assist in training and development programs and government grant applications . Involve in ad hoc assignments ESSENTIAL QUALITIES: 1. Ensure compliance of regulations with Ministry of Manpower 2. Able to excel in a fast paced, results-oriented environment 3. Able to work independently and be a team player 4. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills 5. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation 6. Highly positive personality and able to establish good working relationships with colleagues 7.
