Carries out all daily administrative duties and HR related duties.
Provide recruitment support when necessary
Administer employee benefits such as perquisites, leaves, medical, insurance
Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding procedures
Maintains supplies inventory efficiently by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for office supplies in time and under reasonable costs.
Liaise with the property managementGreeting visitors, and liaising and managing service providers (i.e. deliveries, handymen office cleaner, etc).
Ensuring the office is kept clean and well-organized on a daily basis
Completing expense reports and responsible to prepare the monthly express bill check
Exhibits polite and professional communication.
Provides ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Over 2 years of related experience in admin, hr and recruitment work, preference in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficiency in MS Office SuitStrong ability to multitask, organizational and prioritization abilities, and excellent time management
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communications skills
Ability to work proactively and mostly independently in a fast-paced small office environment
High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion
Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
Outgoing, positive, can-do, and flexible attitude, with sensitivity in math
